08 Toyota Tundra No Ecm Communiation No Start

08 toyota tundra no ecm communiation no start. 08 tundra wont startno communiction with the ecu. I need some help. 2007 Toyota Tundra Sr5 4x4 TRD Off Road Crewmax 57L.

Reason stated was could not establish communication I checked every fuse in both blocks under the hood and under the dash. Lucky I just did emissions I disconnected the battery two weeks ago in hopes of the CEL would not return however it returned a week later. Died while driving spins ok no start.

No communication possible with the replacement ECU no check engine light with key on and no fuel or spark. Im having the same issue with my 08 No connection when brought to the inspection station. I would check for power at the fuse for the cluster then the key switch circuits.

Now it only cranks not starting. Checked all power and grounds to ecm. A bad fuel pump ignition problems clogged fuel filter bad mass airflow sensor and bad crankcamshaft sensors are just a few of the problems that can cause an engine to not start.

Replaced the ECU but the truck still wont start. There are certainly many things that could cause an engine not to start though. All i did that day was pull some wires through the firewall including a 4awg power cable i also am putting two 16awg wires into the fuse box for future fused switches.

Cant find the spark plugs on a 2004 toyota tundra V-8. Here is one for the Toyota techs. Customer reply replied 4 years ago.
