The 0W wont thicken up as much when it cools down as the 5W will so little better start up flow the 0W will flow a ltiile quicker. It is noteworthy that all 0W oils are synthetic. 5w20 is fine 0w20 is the best for any range as it will flow the easiest in any cold start whether its -10 or 50 outside which is why Toyota probably speced it in the first place.

Theres a thread about it. Personally Id switch to the 0w20 unless their is a huge price differential or you have a stash of 5w20 you need to get rid of. So they take the easier route of that the cheapest 0w20 is better than the cheapest 5w20.
Thankfully ToyotaLexus oil specs are the same. The 2TR is a staple of reliability. Mark888s advice is on point.
