This is a record of safety issues for vehicles of this year make model and trim. I have read a lot of the old posts on this issue and it seems theres not much you can do to fix it or prevent it other than maybe slow it down with something like POR-15 paint. I had both recalls done2009 and 2012 at my Toyota dealership.
