2007 Toyota Tundra Ac Not Working

When i do switch to defrost it kicks the ac on which i think is normal.

Engine will not crank put new battery and starter checked relay. Wont switch to defrost or floor. Air is always cold wont blow hot.

Remove the coin tray and then remove the trim panel surrounding it. The AC control lights are the ones that are not working and the gearshift lights are not working. If condensor freeze-up is the problem the tube will start to drip as the condensor thaws AC button off.

Granted the tundra ac is weak especially when you start up a hot truck and cant drive very fast. Once rolling my ac blows cold even when I have to stop for extended periods just not when I start it up. Average failure mileage is 48000 miles.
